  InterMotion Corporate Fitness was founded with the belief that many Americans can steadily improve their health and occupational productivity through the implementation of a safe, practical approach to fitness training. At InterMotion, we provide the guidance, motivation, and individual attention necessary so that all individuals using our programs can become healthier and more energetic.

The key to a successful exercise program is consistency. Our personal trainers are experienced in developing efficient workouts that will not overwhelm the participants, while at the same time allow them to achieve challenging fitness goals. These programs are developed with a strict philosophy to avoid extreme diets, the use of "quick fix" weight loss programs, or unusual exercise equipment.

  InterMotion Trainers come to our organization with the education and experience to work with individuals at all levels of physical fitness. Our trainers have surpassed a stringent set of selection standards to become InterMotion Trainers. All InterMotion Trainers are required to have a Bachelors Degree program in a health and fitness related field.

Additionally they must maintain National Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Athletic Training Association, or the American Council on Exercise.

Our services are built on the foundation that a partnership with the Trainers of InterMotion Fitness will insure that You and your members receive sound, safe, and successful guidance as they achieve their fitness goals.
